UNIVERSAL STUDIOS ESCAPE RESORT EXPANDS INTO THE NEW MILLENNIUM
New Rides, Attractions, Restaurants and Hotels Signal Resort's Continued Expansion

ORLANDO, FL., November 12, 1999 - Universal Studios Islands of Adventure, the newest theme park at Universal Studios Escape, also continues to expand, adding two new rides in the summer of 2000. The Flying Unicorn, a child-sized coaster, will open on The Lost Continent at Islands of Adventure, providing a gentle and fanciful aerial ride through a mystical forest, as if young park visitors were riding on the back of the mythical unicorn.

A new ride to be built on Marvel Super Hero Island, Storm Force, provides a whirling experience for anyone not tall enough for, or not wishing to face, the g-force of the hugely popular Incredible Hulk Coaster. This indoor spinning ride enlists guests to help super heroine Storm harness the power of weather to battle her archenemy Magneto. Special effects create a thunderstorm of swirling, sound and light, while guests spin beneath Storm Force's circular dome.

Sorry for not mentioning that this is a copy of the PR.
See, I'm a coasteroholic and would love to see them just go all out and build a woody and a standup, but i know that wouldn't happen. not at least for a loooonnnngggg time! That other ride in the Marvel land sounds interesting- maybe...if you can get me off the Hulk and Fire Dragon. :)
