Internet Article states TR:TR is a coaster

Have you ever thaught that we might jump in a boat in a "rover" as an escape vehicle. Very likely! Maybe something along the line of the amphibious vehicles in TR. We could jump in...drive high speeds through the jungle with the little monkeys chasing us and plunge into a river. go down a waterfall etc. Actually...I think this would be very likely and it aint a coaster!

The article is incorrect, and they obviously didn't talk to anyone at the park because they printed the press release almost word for word. They interpreted that themselves, incorrectly I might add.

Actually, i can think of many things that make ACER's happy, and that includes dark rides, big time. Actually, just recently at an event at Hershey, they said they needed to find something to do with the old arena and everyone in the crowd yelled "DARK RIDE!!!!!" Other things that make acers happy are clean parks, friendly parks, ride preservation etc......

ACE is not just about coasters by any means what so ever.

its tight how you guys brainstorm but face it.. it can be a rollercoaster and cant.. if i was PKI i would lie and frikkin surprise peeople.. you just never know.. just wait till the day comes..

Now for my thoughts:
Actually there IS a cemetery next to Kings Island. very very old. and probably only has about 10 graves. I remember seeing it on the way out a few times. When im not completly dead from the heat. But, for all you who says its a Top Spin, why the heck would PKI get a $40million Top Spin to celebrate their 30th anniversary. When they say you get "launched" up facing stalactites and fall face first to lava pits. you have to be going fast, and since its an escape, im thinking it will be an TA2k, because seriously, if your escaping a temple thats crashing down on you are you going to go 5 mph or 75 mph??. Has anyone ever done Rock'n Roller Coaster at MGM? Its a dark rollercoaster exactly like outerlimits and it goes about 65-75mph, im not sure, and the props are perfect. I dont think that the TR ride will go upside down like a rollercoaster. I just think its going to have the elements of a TA2K which is not exactly a coaster, and hey, they might have some water element on it too for all we know. Personally I think it will be a great ride, and that you should all quit complaining about it being a simulator or a top-spin cause that would be something stupid to waste 40mil on.
And another thing the press release NEVER EVER said it wasnt a coaster, never said it was a coaster. I dont beleive people who say they were there and they heard the representative person say it. Cause no where on PKI.COM does it say its not a coaster. My guess is that it will be a Hybrid. But anyone got any information about the designer i'd like to know afreakami@aol.com or pretend2care -AIM

Oh yes, I think they are taking advantage of the inside ride feature so we cant see the ride from say helicopter views.. like people have been doing like for Runaway Reptar and SOB. They can have the track built in complete secrecy and all we would see is them maybe taking in is the track. Just to have this whole thing one big surprise.
