Yes, it is possible. You'll find more information on how to do it here: http://rct.ogresnet.com/knowledgebase/te_interlockloop.shtml
I hope this helps.

It's tricky but yes it can be done.
I've built a couple of coasters this way and they've gotten fairly high ridership too.
i've done it a buch of times...it's not that hard

Cedar Point: America's Rockin' Roller Coast!
Adding random bits of un-connecting track can add to the theming of a coaster quite well.
Also having intertwining corkscrews going in opposite directions is cool!

"How do you do it?"
"Do what?"
"Manage to look so calm and relaxed after corkscrewing on that thing (Nemesis)"
"Well, it's just kinda theraputic!"
"You're a first class weirdo!"
"Thank-you"
I like to do interlocking loops, it makes the coaster look so much cooler. I once did an interlocking loop with a large loop and a regular one.
My friend and I spent one summer on one coaster that was insane. The name was "The Compact Coaster of Death". It took up about 1/4 of the map, had a spiraling steep drop with a double lift hill, and had about 300-400 inversions. This ride had probably 100-150 interlocking inversions, and had inversions stacked upon each other. Rocketing at 100 miles an hour through regular loops, this thing had mad intensity and nausea. Unlucky though, we haven't had luck bringing it up since they got a new comp. and they installed a new hard drive into the computer. Let me say this thing was crazy!

You want to know what Millenium Force is on a scale from 1-10? Oh, that's easy. A bajillion out of ten.
A couple of miles.
For the intensity, I could just use a trainer and all the guests could ride it without knowing it was a death coaster.

Just curious, to anyone who plays and posts, what's the highest excitement you've ever gotten on a coaster you've built yourself (theming and all)? mine was a 14.+ for a coaster, and for go carts i had like a 26 =)
