That is an odd color for a coaster! But, I'm sure it will look cool!

Oh. A friend of mine just sent me an e-mail saying the colors are coral & cream. Interesting...

Any chance that this is an impulse?

From what many people have been saying, no.

Notice that some of the track pieces have a very slight curve. This suggests that it's too little of a twist for a impulse spiraling spkie, so I'd have to say no, also.

Mayday - Memorial Day Weekend - Nonpoint, Nickelback, Oleander, Staind
Ozzfest - June 8 - Drowning Pool, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, Disturbed, Black Sabbath
Awake Tour- June 15 - Darwin's Waiting Room, Puddle of Mudd, Deftones, Godsmack

There is not a chance.

Are those white stripes on the rails of the track where the wheels will have contact?

Definately an Impulse with one twisted spike at the end.
It is not an Impulse.  The ride will be full circuit.

Nate-That is exactly what they are.  And to everyone else, IT WILL NOT BE AN IMPLUSE! Notice the track bends in both concave and convex ways, which impluses do not do!
PxPx is right. On one (or maybe more) of the photos at that site you can tell it's not an impulse, or if it is, it's not like any we've seen before. Impulses only pull up, so the part of the track where a support would be attached is on the inside of the curve portion. In one of the photos it shows track with the support connector on the outside of the curve.

Who knows, maybe we'll all be blown away and they'll announce an impulse, but more like Volcano. (Not a full circut, of course) I doubt that'll happen though. I'm still stumped as is it a sit down or inverted?

Hi! I'm Hungry, whats your name?

Someone mentioned it would have a drag race 50"s theme. It would be cool if this coaster turned out to be a setpoint seizmic coaster. The ride does use Intamin's boxed track. It would make the ride a racing concept.
It's going to be a sitdown, utilizing Intamins wonderful hyper trains....

Hey Jamba Juice is good....hehe they just opened one at my college.
Umm, doesn't look like an impulse, but who knows???  We will find out when we see how much more track they ship. Or if they announce it.

Does CCI know how to make a bad coaster?
It's a weird color track. I wonder what color the supports will be?
