What if Intamin made an impulse with a boomerang kinda' feel? For example, the train would shoot out of the station LIM launched, and go into the first vertical twisting spike. Then, it would go back through the station and into a big cobra roll. Then it would go through a loop and another set of LIM's. From there, it would launch into the second spike , vertically straight or vertically twisted. And the good thing is, the ride could cycle a whole lot...like 2-3 times! I think it would be kinda fun but maybe only one cycle because the layout could get boring. The elements could also be changed, and instead of being launched out of the station into the first spike, it could be launched into the big cobra roll. I think it would be a fun ride, and really thrilling if the elements are good for the ride.

Kind of like a V2/Deja Vu hybrid, but without the cable lift problems. Sounds like a great idea to me. With all the advances in technology the past few years, I imagine this sort of shuttle coaster would be possible, provided that a park or ride manufacturer was interested in creating it.
All it would need would be some sort of extra loading platform to increase capacity (like Mr. Freeze) and I imagine it would be quite marketable.

Hey Soopergirl, you shouldn't give out the stick secret so much! Someone might catch on ;)
The only way I could see a triple-twist would be putting a roll behind the station, but that would start to hurt and introduce perhaps a little too much spinning - going through that roll, then vertical and then spinning again... I know thats getting upwards of too many spin directions for me! (which is why I don't really like flats ... )
