From my understanding, when Arrow gave up on their Pipeline coaster they sold the idea to Intamin who, with a little modification, built their spiral coaster.

Vertigo was right about it is going to be built in Särkaniemi amusement park (the same park with the Intamin Tornado). And yes it's their version of Vekoma's Hammerhead Stall but using LIMs instead but it'll not be as high, 30 meter(about 90-100ft). It'll have a 8 passenger trains and you sit back to back.
