intamin halfpipe coaster

what is this coaster???? is there any pics or is it some type of bobsled coaster??? thanks the coaster is mentioned on their news page as a upcoming technology

I am going to assume that you are talking about the Intamin Spiral Coaster.

From my understanding, when Arrow gave up on their Pipeline coaster they sold the idea to Intamin who, with a little modification, built their spiral coaster.

actually i think its a different ride, i thought that at first but go here. http://www.webautor.ch/intamin/i_news.asp they say its a new development in april (site obviousely hasnt been updated.

Intiman Halfpipe is a ride similar to the Vekoma Hammerhead Stal, the first one is to be constructed at Sarkanniemi Amusement Park in 2003.

Vertigo was right about it is going to be built in Särkaniemi amusement park (the same park with the Intamin Tornado). And yes it's their version of Vekoma's Hammerhead Stall but using LIMs instead but it'll not be as high, 30 meter(about 90-100ft). It'll have a 8 passenger trains and you sit back to back.
