I think its a good idea to start small with a cci. And spend the rest on flat rides.
Would Intamin build a steel family coaster using there Hyper coaster trains ? It would probably be only 50 to 60 ft tall and about 45mph.
No way! Intamin would NEVER build a family coaster with that kind of train! They would never do that! You know, manufacturers NEVER will listen to the customer, so why would they listen to you?

The reason Hyper coaster trains, is to give the smaller ids the feel of a hyper coaster. I bet Intamin would do that. Who knows, Intamin Knows.

I know I was hard on you in your other similar posts. But seriously, if you aren't able to build one in the next couple of years and are planning out something for 5 or more years down the road then this is an exercise in futility. Prices change and while you can get a general idea of what's available for $x, nobody knows what the economy will look like in the next couple of years. You might be able to get a coaster for cheaper then what another park got it for, or it might cost a whole lot more. But it appears that you're not even sure where you would like to build this 'park' so therefore by the time that things get started these prices will be incorrect.
