Instructions for opening SOB Trainer...

I just downloaded the SOB trainer and I'm having a little trouble opening it. I don't know how trainers work, so I don't really know what to expect or how to work it. I need to know where to save it in, how to open it, and how to work it. I already searched and couldn't find a solid answer. Thanks for the help. :)

Instead of searching forums and creating new topics, etc. surely it's easier to look in the readme.txt file that comes with the trainer. It tells you how to install the trainer and how to run it.
