InsideBuschGardens.com launches

So what's new for 2002???  If there is no coaster for this year (which I haven't heard there is so I assume there isn't), what's the plan for their next one?  Any woodie plans???

I'm working to find out any info I can --- considering that 99 was the last year a new coaster was unveiled it is past time for a new one.  If I hear anything credible I'll pass it along!

guys were probally not getting anything big for 2002, but prepare for somthing big in 2003. A B&M dive machine is in the works. I'm not saying this is going to happen but we could se a suprise Drachen Fire opening this year :)

I reall would rather NOT see a dive machine.  If its like the other 2 (in England and Taiwan), I would not think this would be a good addition to the park.  I don't know how big the Taiwan one is, but the Alton Towers one is very short and does nothing much more than the dive.  BGW doesn't go for gimmicky short rides like that.  That is something PKD does (Volcano, Hypersonic).  BGW seems to spend time putting in larger quality coasters, not gimmicks, so hopefully a big coaster will come.  

Also, I don't see DF opening any time soon (or in my lifetime).  They would probably dismantle it, but there is birds's nest on the top of the lift hill.  I think its illegal to remove a nest from where it is, plus Busch Gardens is huge in animal conservation and protecting wildlife, so I doubt they will touch the nest until the birds leave it.
