Well, more appropriately, they've been trying to market it to Disney for years. Some Walt Disney Imagineers were among the first people to see operational testbeds of the Segway.
Since Disney turned it down, and since Dean Kamen's relationship with Disney seems tarnished, it seems as if they're broadening their target audience a bit.
