Indoor Intamin Looper!

Wednesday, January 15, 2003 2:33 PM

Intamin is building an indoor looper in Kuala Lumpur. The coaster has a vertical loop and inline twist with many "concrete choppers". It has many twister sections that look unbelievable and it doesn't have a lift hill until the end. Here's a link to a site that contains info about this coaster. Looks like an updated version of the Huss Condor in that park, too! Nice pics ;-)

Very cool looking coaster there. Although I hate the look of the park itself... there's wayyyy too much concrete. No life or atmosphere to speak of, just jail cell kind of concrete. Still a cool looking ride though.

Um, BBSpeed26...that park is not finished yet, so those pics are construction shots w/ completed rides testing.

Intamin was showing POV of this coaster at their booth during IAAPA last November. From the video I saw, the ride looked pretty impressive.

Yeah I remember watching that video Sean...that coaster looks WEIRD. Doesn't seem very Intamin-y at all, but I love it!

And I'm a sucker for anything orange, too, so it scores points there as well.

Umm I think it's already open, ECC has had pics of it for an eternity now plus it was made for the 2002 season. It's a mall park so of course there's concrete :p

You think it might help people find it?
