Indoor coaster for SWO side of Geauga Lake?

Everyone complains that a coaster would ruin the atmosphere of the wildlife side of Geauga Lake, but an indoor coaster like FOF or DT wouldn't. What about an indoor B&M invert? I think an indoor coaster on the wildlife side would be the best move for the park AFTER they get enough mechanics to run the rides they have now! What do you think?

Well they need some coaster on the wildlife side because that side is lifeless. They have to try and even the crowds out between the two sides. While the wildlife side is nice and all but they could use a coaster. I do not think that an outdoor coaster would ruin the look of the wildlife side but instead it would give it some much needed color! They could try to intergrate the wildlife look with a thrill park look like Busch Gardens.
Wouldn't an Intamin GIGA (EGF) look great over there.

I think I'd rather see the beauty of a lift hill and the curves and drops and/or inversions than see some big ugly building marring up the scenery
A water coaster would be cool. That would make them stand out amongst the Ohio trio
Suspended Andrew, have you ever been over to SWO??????

There's much more to do over there than you think. And COLOR?!? Have you looked over there!? There's more color over there in one part than in the entire WILD RIDES SIDE.

I'm going to stop this now before I get started....check my thread about the integration of SWO and SFO...

Anyway, I think an indoor coaster would be perfect..as long as it's well done, and fits the theme....I think it would do good, plus, it could fit in with the family type atmosphere of the wildlife side. A water coaster WOULD be good. Maybe it could have a story....and could be New Orleans themed to fit in with that area. Are there any good southern legends in that area that could be used?

Or they could just plop down an indoor coaster themed to ::sigh:: another superhero.

In the words of a little boy in "A League of Their Own": "Hey! Can't we do both?"

A swamp thing thing would fill both the New Orleans and the DC comics quota. It also is "dark" enough to be a good theme for an enclosed ride.

Just through in the Hyper Coaster and everybody would be happy.

If I'm not mistaken local height limitations restrict any towers (including coasters) from being over like 160 feet tall or something, so this would prohibit the building of a hyper.
Kevin... There is no height restriction on the wild side if I remember right. heck they could throw a giga over there
They need to build a giga before that restrction is lowered for some reason. At least get a deal made no matter which year they want it in. I think a Mr. Freeze clone would be cool for the Wildlife side. Theme it to the Penguin though, with the same cool blue colors used on Mr. Freeze. Have a very themed queue to the Penquin. Maybe put some real life ones in there in a sound proof room(maybe? I would definitely research the safety). It would really set a scary mood. Maybe theme a water fall with ice all around....but this is Six Flags. They're not going to be this creative. I wish I was in the design department there. You better believe they wouls have better theming than Disney and universal combined. I still haven't figured out if they're stupid or cheap. Can someone help out?

Danny, who thinks if they're going to theme to superheros, they need to go all out(More BTR- SFGAm theming please!)
Mr. Freeze with lap bars;)

I'd be happy with any themed coaster at SFWoa
