Indiana Beach schedule now up. Open in October.

In case you haven't seen it yet, IB has their 2008 operating schedule up and for the first time, the park will operate on weekends in October (closing day, Oct. 27th) and will have I guess a Halloween event with that.

The park will now close at the latest 10pm instead of 11pm so forget those nice long night rides.

Now if only another popular Indiana park would follow suit with a Halloween event. ;)

The October news is great, but only staying open until 10pm is really bad news.

In combination with the recent time zone switch, it really doesn't leave a lot of night left to enjoy Indiana Beach when it's at it's best.

That is too bad. Night time there is really cool, not too many places like it.

Dang. And I'm making my first trip to IB this summer.

And gee, that's only 9 my time and I'm only 45 minutes away...that is really odd. Ohh well...
