Indiana Beach or Morey's Piers--who has less room?

I've seen how both or these parks have rides piled on top, around and through other rides...which one has less room to expand?

Do you think that either of these parks are doomed because of a lack of real estate?

Indiana Beach has less room...

Out of the coasters i've ridden here is wat i rank them overall:(ive been to canobie lake and SFNE)

Yea Morey's has plenty but its just hard to get the town to allow them to build.

I don't know how hard it is to get approval, but Agent Johnson would be the man that knows the answer. I have never been to Indiana Beach, but from the pics I have seen I'd say that Moreys has alot more room. Morey just bought the defunct Hunts Pier with the Gold Nugget Mine Ride on it. Id say they have some room on the pier that the Great White is on. It seems Indiana Beach has a way with finding a way to create attractions to keep people coming back.
