Indiana Beach Crowds

I plan on going to the park on June 16th. What kind of crowds should I expect?
That is a Friday, so I would expect larger crowds than you may see during the week, but it is still relatively early in the season. It's very hard to answer a question about how crowds will be in the future, so just go and enjoy yourself.
MAX WAIT FOR ANY RIDE 20MINS...

Its not the size of your lift hill that counts ...Its the quality of your ride!!

The park would know better than me, try sending them and e-mail.
Shouldn't be tooo bad unless there's some type of special convention or something. Saturdays in the summer are absolute chaos, while weekdays are always light crowds and alot of fun. A friday shoudn't be that bad. Have fun!!

People. You should expect crowds of people. ;)

Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

The walkways get packed and there are a few bottlenecks, but like Igman said, the longest wait wont be more than 20 minutes, In fact they may be closer to 5 or 10. I’ve been to IB on some of the busiest days of the year and the lines are never too terrible.

My band "The Cedar Kings". "Ordinary Day" a trip report in song.

This is still early in the season so you need not worry about crowds. Depending on the weather most people are in the waterpark/sand beach area so ride waits are mininmal. If you do the rides at night the lines die done a lot after 9. On that day the park is open till nine, but on Friday nites they sometimes stay open half an hour later if the crowds warrant it.

Be sure to check out Indiana Beach's website for weekday discounts and Friday nite specials.

A lot of times it's actually better to be at IB when it's more crowded, because when the park is empty they wait for the trains to fill up. I've been sitting on Cornball for 20 minutes on really empty days.

I highly suggest staying past sunset, the park is great at night!
