Indiana Beach coaster question

How is Lost Coaster of Superstition Mountain coming along? I was thinking of going to IB the first weekend in May! Any chance the coaster will be open?

I haven't heard much on construction since 3-22, but I do know that it's official that the ride won't open untill it's media day on 4-17-02 (May 17th).

Tom told me that the trains were coming in sometime I believe mid April. So steel work is probably being started on the track on the 3rd and probably 2nd level. That's just what I'm guessing based on what they had at the tour. Also if you didn't look at Stooge's link they're working on the area above the pond. The vertical lift has probably gotten farther too.
