Indiana Beach changes ownership

Today it was announced in a press release that Indiana Beach has been purchased by Morgan RV Resorts (the largest private owner and operator of RV parks in the U.S) the official press release can be found here http://www.indianabeach.com/news/news/

What does this mean for Indiana Beach?
Possibly a larger budget for expansion. Anyone have any opinions?

Mind you, even a tiny difference, such as that between 0 and 0.000126, can make a world of difference.
