I might have an opportunity to go to Indiana Beach tomorrow for a couple hours, since we'll be in the area, and was looking for some advice on the park, since I haven't been there. Also, my mom, who is getting tired of roller coasters, was wondering if there was anything else to do in the area, or at the park. Thanks.

Besides Indiana Beach there's not that much stuff to do that I know of. There's a Golf Course in the area, a Walmart, a few restaurants and a prison. That's about it.
There is a local guy who has tons of model railroading things set up. If you go to the campground office there should be a free book inside the door with things to do and his number is in there. There was a wolf preserve with live feedings if she likes wild animals. I wanted to check it out myself but never had time. If she isn't into that then the book probably has a few other things to do in the area.
Remember that IB doesn't charge high admission at the gate. It's only $2 if you aren't going to ride anything so your mother could just walk the boardwalk of the park and enjoy the sights.
She could also take a cruise on the Queen Schafer or grab a cold one in the Skyroom.
My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.
