Improvements add to convenience, comfort at Michigan's Adventure

Visitors to Michigan's Adventure Amusement Park this year will not see the expansion of rides that awaited customers last year as owner Cedar Fair L.P. spent more than $5 million and added seven attractions. Still, Cedar Fair will begin its second full season of ownership of West Michigan's top tourist attraction with another $1 million worth of investment. Although no new rides are part of the improvement plan, the company will continue to improve landscaping, with additional benches and fences, and upgrade telephone systems and admission computer software.

Hmm... suggestions for 2004 rides being made in Fall 2003? Can a large ride be designed / customized and have construction details worked out in that short of time? (just curious... I have no idea how long it takes)

As much as I dislike boomerangs, I have a feeling that ma will be getting one in the near future. People seem to forget that this is still a new park that has a lot of growing to do before it is a major contender. I would love to see what ma will look like in ten years from now.

My prediction as to MA next ride will be a S&S tower ride.

Also, I just thought of something.......what if ma took out trabant, and put in swabinchin(sp) from cp? Same ride basicly, but much more fun and festive looking. Trabant looks kinda blah.

I don't know Kara, an Impulse? Maybe next to Timbers, that would be really sweet, but an impulse? What happened to the hyper???? Oh wait, impulses are hypers.
