Improved SFWoA Customer Service?

I just want to say that when I was at SFWoA on sunday, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had been approached by 2 employees asking if I was happy with the changes. They were not survey takers, but merely employees asking my opinion about the whole park. They also asked if I had any questions about anything about the park. Now of course it's too early to speculate, but has anyone else noticed a difference in the customer service at SFWoA? This happened on the Sea World side, by the way.
I haven't been to SFWoA yet this year, but have noticed vast improvements in employee's attitude at SFGAm and SFSTL. Is it possible the SF has actually suggested that its employees be pleasant to guests??
