I just want to say that when I was at SFWoA on sunday, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had been approached by 2 employees asking if I was happy with the changes. They were not survey takers, but merely employees asking my opinion about the whole park. They also asked if I had any questions about anything about the park. Now of course it's too early to speculate, but has anyone else noticed a difference in the customer service at SFWoA? This happened on the Sea World side, by the way.
