Hey guys, I have been a coaster enthusiast for four years and just discovered Coasterbuzz (boy, I'm late). I am trying to connect with the people on the site. The site seems pretty cool and I like the topics.

I'm curious: you signed up for an account on Jan 30th, 2003...how is that "just discovering" Coasterbuzz?

I signed up then but haven't gone on the site until now. I really don't like computers.

If you are new you need to learn one basic rule that appiles to all communities...Sit back and watch (and, hopefully, learn) what is acceptable and what is not. Starting with reading and understanding what the Terms of Service (TOS) are and following them. This is not a slam against you, just a word of warning as many new people jump right in and, without seeing what the community accepts as proper behavior, start posting all sorts of stupid threads that fly in the face of the TOS.

Beyond that, welcome to the "community"...

Just to let you know, I try to make sense when I'm talking about coasters. You won't have to worry about me replying with profanity and non-sense

Fine...but we don't need to see new thread from you every day. In fact, other than TRs you can usually count my new thread submissions on your fingers.

Just mellow out and do more reading than posting for a while. Get a feel for Da Buzz. No one walks into high school and immediately becomes popular--save for the exchange student from Not Another Teen Movie. Same difference.
