Hey Guys!
I'm well excited! I'm going tommorrow when the park re-opens and I'll be sure to post a trip report for Ya'll to read! I most want to go on the Pepsi Max Big One as I ain't been on a decent coaster since I went to Alton Towers in August!
See Ya'll Soon!

I wish I was going but I live all the way in California.
What is so great about Pepsi Max. It is an Arrow coaster.

5.) The Incredible Hulk - IOA
John, have a great trip. That park is practically 3-dimensional. Rides and buildings everywhere. Please ignore those anti Arrow remarks. That is a great ride. He just isn't tall enough yet.
The Pepsi Max Big One is THE ultimate one trick wonder coaster, after the first drop it is v. boring (unless it's your first ride), to make it a little more interesting ride at night, or when it is raining(which is painful but funny).
Stealth, Have you actually been on the coaster?
If not then you cannot say anything about it!
Anyway, Im writing a LONG Trip report at the mo so be sure to check back soon to see it!
In the mean time visit my RCT Site, RCT Platform

Is the Pepsi Max Big One operational? Remember that it had the bad accident with the two trains running into each other last summer. By the way, the Pepsi Max Big One was built to beat Magnum's height record at Cedar Point. Geesh, even foreign parks get into battles with Cedar Point.
Poor, poor cedar point. They come out with an outstanding coaster and for the next few years every park has to get one or try to make a coaster a little bigger than the points. Anyway have a fun trip John.
Who cares JORDON, whoever said Cedar Point had to hold every record in the book.

Aren't you the John Wardley that helped designed some rides at Alton Towers? I may be thinking of someone else. I remember reading about someone who used RCT to help designed real roller coasters. I think his name was John Wardley. Correct me if I'm wrong.

What is life without ups and downs!?!?

May the fleas of a 1000 camels infest your armpits for all eternity!!
Steel aint better, WOOD FOREVER!!!
This is someone using the name who is NOT John Wardley.
Well, was... I deleted the account because, even if it's for the purpose of admiration, one shouldn't use the name.

Have fun at Blackpool, hope you have deep pockets. Seriously, it's a pay as you go park with A, B, C tickets. When I was there 2 years ago, the Pepsi Max and PlayStation (Air-Powered Drop Tower) were 2 A-Tickets each, that's about $7 US Dollars. Lucky for me, I work for Kennywood, they let me and my entire family ride, eat, play free ALL DAY! They said they wanted to see me before I left and they had big bags of gift shop items for all of us.. shirts, hats, mugs, etc... Never have I been to a friendlier park in ANY country. (Think the inverse of SF:WOA)
By the way, even though it's "just" an Arrow coaster, the Pepsi Max is great. Lots of air time, and keeps up speed throughout the whole ride. I don't hear anyone complaining that Magnum is "just" an Arrow coaster. (As long as there were no loops involved, they made one hell of a ride.)
The Grand National's camelback is one of the best woodie elements EVER, and the (Arrow) Steeplechase is amazing, it's a classic. 4-across racing single rail coaster with only a little strap holding you on. Imagine a Merry Go Round going over hills at 40 MPH. Not the biggest or fastest, but definitely the most unique ride I've experienced.
BPB is running specials up to April 9th. 80p (just over $1) a ride. Or unlimited rides all day for £12.50 ($16) weekends only. This is really cheap, but means the park is extremely busy. Still me and my buddy UkCoasterLad4 had a great time, much better than we did at Cedar Point!

Sooo.... you would also say "What is so great about Magnum? It is an Arrow coaster."?? Truth be known, I'm not a fan of Arrow, but unless you've ridden the coaster, give it some slack. :P
