Raging Bull, Don't Fight It, Ride It

I would buy an RV and travel around and hit whatever park (most definately including the independant parks) whenever I wanted. Then hop on a plane, fly over the pond and go to some of the great parks in the UK and where ever else I care to visit. This is just for starters. -----------------
The only thing I would add is a call to those nice folks at CCI...

1) Coaster riding at Home
2) Coaster riding at parks.
Before we start slicing and dicing the money, the slate would have to be wiped clean, thats student loans etc. Then we have Uncle Sam to contend with, leaving us about $8,000,000. We'll stick about $3,000,000 in a nice minimal risk account to earn enough interest to live WELL off of.
So for $5,000,000, I make a call to those good folks at CCI, to start the ball rolling on a nice medium sized woodie, massive airtime a must, decent laterals (not as severe as Legend, please). In other words, I'd wanting something very re-rideable, but it's still got to have an interesting layout. PTC train of course, traditional style lap bars, but it would have seatbelts. Wonder how much extra it would be for a custom PTC train made to look like a vintage coaster train. I'm refering to brass lapbar mechanism covers, brass-tone safetybars, nice soft red upholstery and lapbar padding. (Cream white train with some nice decorative work.). Budget that for $3,000,000 exclusive of train.
To put the coaster on, (I would probably have to vintage sounding, though not overused name), a nice LARGE chunk of land, the kind where I could have a nice sound-dampening berm of hedge work and trees. The house itself woulnd't even have to be mansion size, just modern. The real gem would be the pool house that would go between the main house and the rollercoaster. The pool house would have an olympic size pool, indoors BUT with a retractable roof for summer use. The rest of the pool house would be like a recreation room, with all sorts of arcade and pinball games (new and vintage), pool table, foosball, air hockey, etc. Jukebox with speakers around the pool as well. A nice bar complete with beer taps. Kitchen area, and a bathhouse area.
Yes there would be an annual coaster riding event, and enough land clear to invite say, Kissel Bros. in to augment the rollercoaster for the riding parties.
The on the road part would consist of the RV, and the across the nation tour, not just of amusement parks, but of several of the great sites to be seen. (Just don't be surprised when there happen to be several amusement park stops on those vacations)
I'd stun the industry by building the 750 ft. coaster that Intamin says their technology used for MF can reach. It would have an over 90 degree drop (it would curve in upon itself say about 100-110 degrees--just to put the nay-sayers to bed). The first part of the ride would be a speed coaster like MF, and contain "inverted" overbanks, after the speed of the train was about 80mph running through the course, it would go out and back, and bust into some massive floater air hills. After it returns from the out and back, I'd have it weave in and out of itself with high turns up in the air like a hyper twister. After that I'd add a mixture of speed elements as well as ejector air hills. And for the grand finale, I'd put in a 540 degree extremely banked helix, finishing off with magnetic brakes.
The trains would be more open than MF's (if that's possible :)) and would contain the normal Intamin lapbars.
As for room for the coaster, that shouldn't be a problem for me since I have a couple hundred acres.
Needless to say, I'd please many people with all this coaster would contain, elements wise. It would be a terminal velocity reaching, speed and airtime inducing, hyper twisting helixed monster. This ride would be open to anyone that wanted to ride it...after a small admission fee of course. ;)
I don't know of a name that would aptly describe all its characteristics.
