Riverview all the way...
I'd go there and spy on my parents on their dates...hehehehe.
And to ride the Bobs and the other greats.

...
The glory days of Coney Island. Visit Edgewood Park the defunct park that was in my town and two other parks that were nearby.
I'd also love to go to Playland and ride the infamous Aeroplane coaster.
I could go on and on.

Knoebels visits in 2002. 4
I'm with coasterpunk -- Coney Island in its prime. I parents used to tell us kids stories about going there when THEY were kids, growing up in Jersey City.
Also Crystal Beach, and too many others to even start to list here...

I would stop the Flynn family from selling Conneaut Lake Park to local interests in 1993. I would have added a waterski stadium on the lake, another woodie. And move the waterpark next to the lake. Crikey.
I would help negotiate the deal to develope Geauga Lake into 2 gated attractions by placing the 'Boardwalk Shores' area behind the RWB and having a great water park. I then would have initiated the master plan I did in college in 1991 that sent the Log Flume and Corkscrew to Wyandot Lake, add a Shoot the Chutes in the same spot, and built a Boomerang over the water. Ferry service to Sea World would be mandatory.
I would have added a cash infusion into the TM Harton Company, and saved West View Park in Pittsburgh, and Walbridge Park in Toledo. When these 2 parks closed, it gave Cedar Point carte blanche to market between Detroit and Pittsburgh.
Convince the Busch family to keep operating Busch Gardens Los Angeles and Boardwalk and Baseball. They are needed markets now.
Work on a better master plan with Elitch Gardens to make the move to downtown less financially painful. They should have built temporary revenue sources there, such as storage and x-mas tree sales. They could have moved the rides over a 3-5 year plan, and built a waterpark and parking garage during the move, and had them running. It is useless to have 2 properties and 1 revenue source.
Had the Moreys in Wildwood take all the crazy prototypes that came their way first, including the Pipeline, the Stealth, and the Tilt coaster. People have to have a choice not to pay $50 to get into a park at the coast, and Morey's do the job.

Can you imagine, that ride used to have fan turns, multiple double ups and downs, and slanted drops, and repeat trips, and was much more than an out and back. Wild One is a nice ride but it will never live up to the thrills of Giant Coaster.

(Cher's Voice) If I could turn back time... If I could find a way... I'd ride the Crystal Beach Cyclone! I don't care if I broke a rib!
Has everyone seen Badnitrus's animation of CBC? If you haven't, go to the link below. It has 3D pics, and a video (animation.)

Why do they report power outages on TV?
I guess I'll join up with coasterpunk & GregLeg and hit Coney Island in its heyday. We would definately make a side trip to the Crystal Beach Cyclone!
I guess I'll add the Woodcliffe Blue Streak in Poughkeepsie, New York to the list.

Nothing... NOTHING... can prepare you for... the Fourth Dimension!
I would go back to the late 19th century, find some would-be coaster designer, and show him plans for everything we have now, such as upstop wheels, chain dogs, and prototype rides.
Then when I returned to 2002, who knows what crazy things would exist! :)

He let the contents of the bottle do the thinking; can't shake the devil's hand and say you're only kidding.
If I could go back in time I would first find out a couple of huge winning lotto number then invest a lot of those earnings into Microsoft back in the day. After securing my bankrole for life I would then proceed to hit just about every coaster ever made anywhere in the globe. Why not, if you have the power and the money all it then takes is time.
I don't think I'd take Den's approach, but I would also travel into the future and maybe try to bring back ideas that have yet to be realized. I could start my own company, with all that money, and bring these new-fangled contraptions to life in my own themepark. Which would be located somewhere between Portland, OR and the Seattle metro area. Isn't it fun to dream.
