Ideas for CP's Coliseum Arcade.

Gee i was thinking of working there next year since i am going to college for Electronics and Computer Tech out here. I was originally thinking of doing ride electronics( like sensors and computer controls) but i love old games and i have a small but good collection in my place.Gee i would love to get paid to fix and then play classic video games, especially when i was there at CP for my 1st time ever in July and noticed a bit of abused old games. I actually asked many head office people if i could buy any but they wouldn't, even though the games were barely working and were abused.

Since the building has historical value, I doubt Cedar Point will ever turn it into a dark ride. The Ballroom is one of the building's best features. Did you know there are ghosts dancing in the ballroom? And I LOVE the old arcade machines and skeeball. Or...turn the bottom portion into a roller rink!

I think a dark ride is a great idea!
I think so too

I could have bought the Cyclone game at Kent State with the number of quarters I put in it. I would rack up so many free games that when I went to class and returned, the free games were still there!!! Awesome.

Was this game you are talking about in the Rathskeller or Eastway? I think I may have played it also :).

I think they should get rid of the older games that have no gameplay value and are just based on graphics. Still some of those older games have so much more gameplay than any of the  modern machine's. Graphics are good, but when it comes to Video Games no ps2 game can beat Tecmo Super Bowl or the original Zelda for the 8 bit NES :).

CP has a ballroom? I thought it was in it's own building, not the Coliseum?

I pray that I will never see a Six Flags Conneaut Lake
