Ideal additions to your home park

I agree with SLFAKE Hershey is in need of a decent Hypercoaster(Hopefully B&M or Intamin,) Or a good multi looper ( B&M.) I also agree about the flat rides too. I would like to see an S&S Space Shot/Turbo drop combo, but with the family friendly atmosphere at Hershey I don't know if we'll ever see that. I am not really looking forward to the "Roller Soaker" too much, but I have to give it a try to see what its like. From what I have been hearing there is something really major planned for their their 100th Anniversary, but at this point it is just a rumor.

Any addtion to my homepark (The Great Escape in Lake George, NY) would be welcomed! The only new things the park has recieved in the last 2 years is a kiddie ride called the blue goose, and this past august we got a Skycoaster that cost $40! for one person to go on.

'02 is supposed to bring many new things to my homepark though, so looks like ill just have to wait and see whats ahead :)

Penguin's Polar Express (flying bobs), Pirate's Flight (swings themed to boats), Cyclone (scrambler), Falling Star (falling star), Octopus (Polyp), Rodeo (breakdance). Actually, I think that's all of them (excluding Tower of Doom and the kiddie rides). So it's an even 'dirty dozen'. Still three times that of PKD (aviatior, flying scooters, scrambler...wait a min, make that 4 unless you count the action theater as a flat).

Though both parks could use a good dark ride!

You left out the awesome Rodeo (Huss Breakdance), the not-so awesome Cyclone (scrambler), Chance Falling Star, Chance Alpine Bobs, The Octopus (ELP Polyp), and the Sky Escaper (Huss Enterprise knock-off). I believe that covers everything.

I'd like to see a B&M invert for SFEG, but since we have a nice SLC...

I'd like to see an Intamin Hypercoaster. Oh yeah!

For PKI, I'd like a Huss "Land of the Giants"(for 2003), a B&M invert like Nemesis or Alpengeist behind TRTR and White Water Canyon(for 2004), a custom Reverchon mouse(for 2005), and an Intamin 400 footer with a design in combination of Expedition Ge Force and SROS at SFNE(for 2006).

This is "in my dreams", but hey, it could happen.

Hey, you think SFEG is bad, my homepark is the SCBB and we only have a small 1924 Out and back woodie, a little Windstorm Model, and a tiny kiddie coaster. SFEG has Boomerang, The great Chase, Mind Erasor, Sidewinder, AND Twister 2...

My homepark is Six Flags Elitch Gardens and I think a new Hyper, Floorless, any coaster would be nice!!!!!!!! And they are in Desperate need of one!

Yes, they both rock, but they dont compare to SFEG with all those coasters.

PKD is getting a flat ride next year with the wild mouse called Triple Spin... It's "a twirling, fast-moving circular ride with satellite cars that spin counterclockwise as the ride rotates in the opposite direction."

Yes, but I think they are sacrificing their scrambler to get it. When I was @ PKD today, the scrambler was nowhere to be seen. The sign was still there, but the entire ride was removed...

Kennywood could use a terrain B&M Invert ala Nemisis on their newly purchased land down in the ravine (I hear they've got all the way down to the Pizza Hut now!!). That's actually reasonably realistic. Now for the dream... *cute fuzzy music plays* *teddy bears roll through the clouds* *a terrain B&M flyer gets built in the ravine* ;) Sort of unrealistic, but it'd be the most kick*****ride in the world.
