I could have sworn it was called the Texas Titan when I watched tha news. At my job (Six Flags over Texas) everyone was sayin that it was going to be called the Texas Titan. It makes sense anyway.
Six Flags should of made this a clone of GOLIATH, ecept made everything larger and made the drop 320ft. They need to start competing with Cedar Point! I haven't ridden GOLIATH, but a 60 degree drop? Not incredibly steep comapred to MF or SROS
If its a fun ride, why would you want to change it? Just because a ride is big doesn't mean its going to be good.
I am going to MM to ride Goliath in 2 weeks. I can't wait. It will be cool for SFOT to FINALLY get a hypercoaster. The park has not kept up with the others over the years as far as great coasters so we will see if TITAN lives up to the expectations.
