I SAW DEJA VU TESTING @ SFoG!

I was at SFoG yesterday, when all of the sudden, I looked over at Deja Vu, and a train was being pulled up the first tower! I saw them test, and let me tell you, that is going to be one amazing coaster! I have the pic, I have to get my camera developed today, but If anyone knows where I can submit this pic, tell me, or even if you want it.
Maybe SFGAms will test soon too. Only a matter of time till Delay-ja Vu opens.

I'm sure i've heard all this before!:)

But this time maybe we will actually have pics to prove it this time. :)

Hrmm, how does one test a coaster when it rains just about every day at a park for 2+ weeks AND one lacks a train to boot? ;-)

CK

(who finds the story that DV had an accident in Georgia as believable as DV actually starting testing *successfully* in Georgia. This IS Vekoma we're talking about! :))

Email me at Vulcan91@yahoo.com. I will be glad to upload them to my site so you can post them here, or on thrillride, or wherever you want.

have any of you considered waiting times for an amazing boomerang coaster !? let's see everyone will want to ride it ( 200ft. 70 MPH ) , 1 Train, about a 1.5 min ride time , about 1-2 min. loading time , and 32 Passengers per car.

sorry if i ruined your hopes. But according to the six flags site it takes 10,010 riders per hour, so don't listen to me

We are talking about Six Flags here, you had better extend that loading time.
True LoL just an estimate, but man thats a long wait for whats pretty much an advanced boomerang, well it acually is an advanced boomerang
I don't know about other Six Flags parks, but accually, I think SFGAm has good ride ops. They might stack a train once in a while, but never two. On a shuttle that won't happen, but it does show you how they will load it. Once they get used to running the ride it will be fine. Six Flags isn't the one with slow load times... It is specific parks! The corporation does not go around saying "SLOW DOWN LOAD TIME!!!"

Next up: Stupid human tricks! Followed by: Stupid pet tricks!
Why can that never happen?
Well I hope this adds some validity to the rumor as I saw Batwing take a test run today at SFA. And I have no pictures. Come on people were you there? Why won't you believe him?

On the note of load times: I'll agree that loading times can be the ride ops fault, but many times it's the person who's riding who screws everything up. All it takes is one person taking too long to put their personal stuff on the side of platform, struggling with a seatbelt, hasn't removed their earrings, is too big/too small to screw everything up. And I see it happen all the time. *** This post was edited by Intamin Fan on 6/6/2001. ***
no way!!
Someone here asked about SFGAm's possibly testing soon. I don't know what it means (hey, it's from an official site) but at http://www.sixflags.com/ it says Deja Vu will open later this summer. Correct me if I'm wrong, but technically isn't it still spring for a more few days?

At least V2's already open.

Well so far no-one has seen these pics and I for one want to do so. I also have space I could put them on. In fact I sent an email to Mindbender 2004. The least he could do is email back and say I already have a spot if he does. Until I see the pic online this is about as believable as there might be one too many holes in my head.

Why are they still testing DEJA VU?
Viper,
Vekoma said that all of their proto-type coasters they made this year were going to go through a 3-4 week test. This includes the Deja Vu's, their hammerhead stall coaster, and their tilt coaster. If you want to see pics and videos of the testing go to www.meritusllc.com/RMU/new2001

Check the latest Wild Rumors update at ThrillRide.com for some great Deja Vu testing photos.
