I need more updates on Dragster!

Despite the half-dozen active threads discussing what's wrong with the ride, what the park is doing to fix it, and the periodic updates about what one can see on the webcam I need to know more about what's happening with Dragster.

Can we assign someone to watch the webcams 24/7, email the park once per hour, and call Cedar Point Guest Services every 10 minutes so we can all know what's going on? Perhaps that person can post an update every 3 minutes to keep us Buzzers informed?

So what if there are 619 roller coasters operating in the US that we can all go enjoy right now...I'd rather sit at my desk and obsess over one I can't ride.

I'll be the guy to call every 10 min. Heck, if it's not operating within 12 hours, I think It just may fall under the SBNO act and be moved outta CP. I'll bring it right here to WV and ya'll can come ride it with me;)

If they are expecting it not to be operational in 12 hours and therefore falling under the SBNO act (as TechnoScorpion noted), perhaps those trucks are not there to keep the GP away from it (as JimmyBob suggested) but rather to keep the ravenous lawyers from the CPO(formerly CPC) at bay.

Nope, SFLAKE, you got it wrong. The CPO(formerly CPC)'s SBNO Act is for a ride SBNO for like 4 months. C.R.A.P.'s SBNO Act is for any ride not operating for more than 12 hours, so TTD is now mine!!! Don't you keep up with your sarcastic forum posts on here? Shame on you, Go to your room!;)

Maybe those trucks are mine, and they'll start dismantling TTD soon, THEN YOU'LL ALL BELIEVE!!!

Oh, okay... 4 months or more. Hmmmmm.... how long until the CPO (formly CPC) tries to find a legal loop hole and sets its sights on coasters seasonal parks. After all, most of their coasters technically stand SBNO from at least around early November until mid April (longer if no Fall or Halloween events are planned).

That may be a great idea! The concept of building an Intamin rocket coaster in WV. Why don't they build one to climb one of those tall mountains or hills? That would be one great scenic railway! ;)

I just got the inside scoop, fellas!!!!

(Definate Sarchasm.....)

The webcam is off because the crane is turning over the track, and the crane at Carowinds is removing the Super Saturator trains to be put on TTD as inverted. The hydraulic launch is being removed, and Premier Rides is coming in to add LSM's. TTD will now be a LSM Inverted Launch StrataCoaster!!!

OK.....MI- Coaster guy that was hella corny. You need to go retake that "sarchasm" class.

To everyone, I recommend staying here, because everyone at GTTP is getting pissy and there's a ton of useless, stupid threads. Jeff, you are doing great getting rid of the ones that are not needed in any way, but I predict they will never stop until the ride is once again open, and they will realize that while they were whining about Dragster not being open, they could have been on some of CP's almost 70 other rides.

P.S. Always post the news from the Dippin' Dots guy.
