I Miss Millennium Force!!!

I can't stand it!!! I miss Millennium Force!!! I live in Texas where we have nothing like Millennium Force.  I rode it 3 times in May, and I miss it so much.  That ride was so awesome.  Anyone else miss it as much as I do???

Can you really have a relationship after three rides? I knew my wife for six years before we got married.

I dont miss MF that much. I live 1hr from CP and I only go there for Millennium Mania. I miss Raptor more. With MF right behind. This MM was ok, rain all day! Rain + MF = pain. Thats all I can say. But the ride is awesome, but Raptor beats MF by a tad. It sucks you live   so far away from the point!

Well I miss the force also maybe not as much but do miss it!  Can't wait until 2002!!  Hope it is a good year for all of us coaster fans!
ugh, i miss MF a little TOO much, i live in Arizona so you can imagine we have NOTHING to do parkwise here except castles n ""coasters"".  maybe when im 18 and my mom drags me over to jerry springer in chicago we will stop by there, oooo, cant wait for that!!!
SFWoAsteve, you'd better pick another time to go this year, because sadly, MM won't be returning this year. :(

Mayday - Memorial Day Weekend - Nonpoint, Nickelback, Oleander, Staind
Ozzfest - June 8 - Drowning Pool, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, Disturbed, Black Sabbath
Awake Tour- June 15 - Darwin's Waiting Room, Puddle of Mudd, Deftones, Godsmack

Why won't Millennium Mania be held next year?

.
Because they're changing the name to Wicked Wackiness(j/k).

I miss all rides. The weather's been warm here, up until yesterday, but it always gets nice every few weeks and makes me wish I could participate in my favorite outdoor activity.......

I miss it.  I live in SC, and I spent 3 days at CP this summer, got in 12 MF rides.  Best coaster I've ever been on.

Isn't Titan in Texas?  I live an hour from MF, and I can care less if I ride it when I go to CP.  Although I've never riden it, Titan looks way better.

Dang it..lol.. I miss riding any coaster!!!

Beer, My Baby, and Coasters. Is this a great country or what? ;)

MM won't be returning because the cost of running the park those days vastly out-weighed the attendence. Cedar Point lost money 2 straight years because of MM, and I guess they don't want to anymore. As a business stand point, can you really blame them?

Lance, I'm going to help you out. Now remember this is coming from a fellow enthusiast. Find an alternative hobby or fascination during the off-season. You'll feel much better once you do.

Also, why are you saying you have nothing like MF in Texas? What's that big orange and teal thing at SFOT?

Until you get a parking space with your own name on it, you're still part of the GP.

Yeah, well I miss Tidal Wave! At least yours is still standing! Like others mentioned above, try a hobby to get ya through the off season. Models, indoor coasters and maintaining a website helps keep the interest alive during winter. I'm up to my ears in glue and styrene between Nov and April! :)

Don't.....look.....back! The Headless Horseman awaits you in 2002!

It's not the same as Millennium Force.  Nothing beats that incredible first drop.

I miss MF too, after only 2 rides too.  I may get a chance to ride it this summer, but it's doubtful.  However, I'll be next to BGW all summer, which will rule.  Even better, I'll be living in Germany for three years starting next November.  412 foot Intamin Giga.  Here I Come!

Usually, I miss Jr. Gemini the most. But that's only when I'm playing darts...  Other than that, I miss park's in general. If they would let me just go in a look around a while I;d be happy. I don't need to ride anything. Just look...

Yeah, I miss it! I loved MM day III 2001! The rain was awesome! As for why MM isn't coming back, I was told in an e-mail by silver-tag that they decided on not continuing MM a long time ago. She was glad to see it in an interview with Bryan Edwards on a CP fan site!
