I Keep On Hearing About A SFA Stand-Up

I keep on hearing about a SFA stand-up coaster B&M themed to Mr. Freeze. Did anyone else keep on hearing this?

We know that they are getting a 120 foot coaster, but it might not be a stand up. IMO, there should be a lot more standups in the world(esp. B&Ms). I thought Mantis was awesome. A more exciting ride than Medusa or B:KF, so I'm rooting for a standup.

yeah, and did anyone else hear about falcon? it sounds awesome.

scanz, i think you are thinking of the coaster that is going in at SFNE. But I have heard that rumor too.

It would be awesome if there where more high intensity B&M's like Iron Wolf and Vortex, those ride pack such a huge punch that its not even funny.

Until someone has a solid lead on this, i.e. zoning meeting, track in parking lot, official announcement, let's stop the rumors. To me this just sounds like an example of wish fufillment.

I heard from Cobra Roll that SFA was going to get a stand-up for the 2001 season. They dumped the ride because a deal with Vekoma and Paramount didn't work out, and then SFA switched to a flying dutchman, which is now Batwing.

I heared about this rumor many times. Let's not start rumors about a coaster coming to SFA without any prove.
