HW CoasterBuzz Event Question

Well I asked my parents if we could go to the Coasterbuzz event at Holiday World, and much to my surprise, they said yes!! I have a few questions regarding this event though, and I read the entire thread about it, and none of them were answered (well I think).

First is admission. I have an SFKK employee ID that lets me and a friend get into HW for free. Now I know I can use this on the day, but I don't think it will get me into the tour and ERT and free food and all the other great stuff going on. But can I use this as say a HW pass and me and my friend only pay $15? I'm not a member of CoasterBuzz.

Also, my family is likely going to come with me. Actually, they are indeed coming with me (I don't have a license). Since I think I'm the only one of my family that is going to enjoy all of the ERT, what will my family do? Will they have to sit out in the park somewhere? Are the only two rides open Raven and the Legend?

Lastly, on the form that I have to fill out, it clearly states to fill it all in. Well, I'm the only one of my family that is on this site, so what do the others put for screen name? I guess it would be N/A, but I don't want to screw this up. And do I put N/A for club number, since I am not a member?

I would assume the coasters will be the only two rides in operation, as well as the only thing to do after close, besides drink free soda.

Will we have to wear hardhats on the construction tour? I would think so, but that's a lot of hardhats.

I'll have to check with Paula, but I would think that given this day goes above and beyond a normal operating day for the attendees that a freebie is not eligible for admission.
