Hulk Promotion

While watching Around the Horn, they brought up the subject of how Warren Sapp is going to paint his body green and then take a ride on The Hulk, all as a promotion for the new movie. I think this will be a great promotion for the movie as well as for IOA. What do you guys think about all of this?

I guess it will.

Clear for launch............. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!
Hey, I kept wondering how Univeral will promote the movie & most likely with the coaster itelf. Probably a whole party or something.

Btw, did they promote Spiderman with its ride? Party?

They didn't promote Spider-Man at IOA. IOA is a Universal property, as is the comic book version of Spider-Man. The film rights belong to Columbia/Tri Star.

They already are promoting it at IOA. Outside the main entrance, in front of the lighthouse, they have a giant inflatable Hulk. It is impossible to ignore. Combine that with the ride and Hulk gear they have all over the park and they have a good promotion going.

"Every day is a bad day on Hollywood and Vine!"

IoA also has Hulk banners up all over the place by the ride. That Huge Hulk is IMPOSSIBLE to ignore... kind of ugly too. And the fact they are playing previews on the Q-TV's on the ride.

Do you bleed Blue?
Warren Sapp is simply boo !! Enough said. Speaking of the Hulk movie, I personally think it will be a disappointment as I am a fan of the old ones. Where an actually person was the Hulk not an animation.

But the coaster is far from a disapointment. I am proud to say it is the first coaster I ever rode on. And boy am I glad I did.

The Hulk movie is alright. The first half is really really really slow (I think it takes 30 - 40 minutes before he turns into the hulk). All the stuff you see on the previews happens in the latter half of the movie. It isnt as good as Batman was when it sparked the superhero remakes, I would say it is about as good as Daredevil.
