I visit this site daily, and I never heard anything about a park actually building this ride this year. It's under construction in Taichung Taiwan. I want some construction photos!

It's a Vekoma Cliffhanger all right...

I'll send it to the news section. There was an article in Amusement Today about it.

I'll use your link if it's okay, Florida Rider...

WOW! Can you believe that thing? It has a drop of a whole 50ft, and 5ft of it is verticle. Amazing!

I feel sad for anyone who is going to ride this thing. It is Vekoma, and we all know of how reliable their coasters are. ;)

Well despite reliability of vekoma. The pictures of the cars at least look like they have tried to improve the restraints and such so maybe they will not be as bad. Anyway new types of coasters and building them is what I am for and if given the chance I would like to ride one of these machines as many people here would. Just hope Vekoma would at least expand the designs of there coasters and quit building clones all over the world. But that is a enthusiast view and not that of the general public who think that the Boomerang at Worlds of Fun was the newest thing since sliced bread.
