How does the colder and wintery weather Hershey has been getting affect construction? What if any kind of delays will it cause, or can they pretty much work through anything?

I don't know about the rest of the winter, but I would bet that NO work is being done today. Several municipalities in the area are under "Emergency" status with the ice storm that came through over the weekend. Even the Hershey vs Binghamton hockey game at GIANT Center was postponed last night because of the situation with power failures. In the Hershey area alone 4,500 are still in the dark.

I was there on Saturday. The only apparent progress was about 10 footers in place. No steel was on site. Should be interesting to see how fast this thing progresses.
