Yea, but whats the point of that site? All the pictures are already on the net by different sites. See the thing is, unless you have your own material, it's not worth making a coaster site..

Divorced From Dependence since 1987!

if your internet service provider is aol, earthlink, time warner, you already have free webspace. other isp's also offer a few mb of free webspace. check that out.

i currently run my site off of my friends time warner road runner space because i have AOL Cable, and it's hosted on AOL which goes down alot. to view my site click the link below. (and yes thats my new car on the splash screen!)

They give you 150 MB of free space.  This is a great place to start if you know html.  If you prefer PHP then good luck finding a free host for that.

There ya go, now you're thinking. I used Tripod, and it works pretty good.
Is it possible to create a website in a program like Dream Weaver, and transfer it to a host like Tripod?

Mayday - Memorial Day Weekend - Nonpoint, Nickelback, Oleander, Staind
Ozzfest - June 8 - Drowning Pool, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, Disturbed, Black Sabbath
Awake Tour- June 15 - Darwin's Waiting Room, Puddle of Mudd, Deftones, Godsmack
I think Geocities is great. See signature for site. BTW, you don't NEED to know HTML for Geocities, they have PageBuilder which is drag and drop interface.

One way you can do this is by doing all the work locally on your computer and then just upload the files to Tripod (using an FTP client or the File Manager thing).

Yeah... I want a website too... a blog actually... and my dad tihnks the whole world is out to get us... any sites to make him normal and make me get my blog?

I tried to convince him to BLOGGER, but he wouldn't listen...

MikeMir, it would be a good idea to do what "." said. He is right, there is no point in making a website without your own content. I hate going to websites which only have one kind of picture: ones from other websites. The more original content, the more likely people are to revisit, less likely to leave after the first page.
