How's Disney World?

Does disney world have any good rollercoasters. My family might be going for winter break, And I was wondering what there is to do there ( I've never been there.)
I'm hoping it will be fun.
Fine.  How are you?  ;)  No, seriously, Disneyworld looks great, but they aren't too thrilling in the coaster department.  If you've never been on Space Mountain or Big Thunder Mountain, they are great rides.  Not thrilling, but great.  Rock N' Rollercoaster at MGM looks awesome, I'm hitting that in January since I missed my chance last month.  I haven't been to DW since 1984 I think it was.  I'm excited to go back, even if it's just for one park.  :)

Rollercoaster lovers do it in the front seat!
Rock N' Roller Coaster is an amazing ride.  The Aerosmith music blaring in your ear the whole time is great.
Disney MGM Studios: Rock "n" Roller Coaster is an awsome ride. The music really makes it a one of a kind. This park also has the Tower of Terror which is another great ride. If you are lucky you might get more than a couple drops. Star Tours is a cool simulator. Other rides in the park are the backlot tour and muppet vision 3-d.

Epcot is a neat park to just walk around in and take in all the sights. They don't have to many in the way of rides but they do have a few. Test Track is a really fun ride. It is also the fastest ride in Disney history(65mph). Body Wars is also a cool simulator. Although it doesn't really seem like you are in the human body. Other than that there is hunny I shrunk the audience, malstorm, and spaceship earth in the way of rides.

In the Animal Kingdom there is a lot of animals and a few good rides. When I went there they still had Countdown to Extiction. Now it is Dinosaur and I have no clue what they did to it. Kali river rapids is neat. The fire right before the drop has a really cool effect. The Killermanjaro Safari is a long and unthrilling safari ride. it is neat to see all the animals in their natural area(it really does seem like you are in africa on this ride). Other than that there are not that many other "rides".

The Magic Kingdom is the main park and is fun to visit. One thing to remember is to use fast pass in this park. The lines get really long. Notables in this park are Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, and Big thunder. Space Mountain is just a small coaster yet it seems better because of all the starts and themeing that are in this ride. Splash Mountain is a can't miss and the last drop is amazing.

Disney has good waterparks, Blizzard beach and Typhoon. If you have kids they'll love it.
Not a great coaster resort, but as mentioned RnRC is awesome, and Tower of Terror is an incredible dark ride.  Space Mountain is almost a wildcat type of coaster...very fun, and disorienting since it's in complete darkness.

However, Disney World is incredible.  Even though I'm a coaster nut, and I need my fix on major thrill rides, I'll take a 4-day superpass to Disney World over any other park.  The atmosphere, quality of other attractions, friendly and attentive staff, and fascinating exhibits in all 4 parks make it a fantastic place to go.  Make sure you hit all 4 theme parks, and check out some of the other little stuff too, if you have time.

Dude, there isn't any question about it, when you walk into Disney you are literally walking into a different, perfect world.  Disney gives you that feeling that you are in complete peace and have no worries at all!  They'll do anything and everything to keep you coming back.  Yeah the rides aren't that thrilling, but I'd choose a day to Disney over SFGAm any day!  The theming is unexplainably spectacular.  The whole experience seems to bring you back to child hood.
Other rides that were not mentioned that are great are Pirates of the Carribean (Magic Kingdom.)  The Haunted Mansion (Magic Kingdom.)  Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin (Magic Kingdom) Alien Encounter (Magic Kingdom.)  Spaceship Earth, Inside Epcot Ball.  The Norway Ride (in Epcot in Norway)with a thrilling drop!  The Mexico ride (In Epcot in Mexico) that is phenomenal and Inside Mexico is a lot like Mexico (I went to Mexico last summer)  I forgot the name of the ride, but if you go ask a staff at Epcot about the dinosaur ride that has Bill Nye The Science Guy, they'll know what you're talking about.  In England, the have secret water guns around that you press a button and it'll shoot water at somebody!  Go through the countries if you have time, it's worth a full day.  At MGM ride the Great Movie Ride and eat at the Prime Time Cafe, the food there is great and the service is interesting   Well everything else has been covered!  Hope you have a great time, and make sure you bring winter clothes, I hear it gets really cold in the winter there!
