How would you like that cooked?

Sorta like the question but not exactly. More like "how do you like your parks?" I went to SFDL in September and the park was dead. There was 1 train on all coasters except Viper. Also most of the park was closed including the Mind Eraser area behind Viper's entrance and the water park. SROS was a walk on but that also seemed sorta dead. I went a few weeks ago and the park was waking up a little but there still weren't to bad of long lines. I loved it! The sun was shining, all rides open except water park and ranger, and I had a blast. SROS was awesome as usual, same with all the other coasters, including Boomerang. I love that ride, I don't care what anyone says. When I go in the summer things really start to kick up! Water park is open, all the coasters running 2 trains, SROS is running really fast because of the heat, and the place is a giant playground. I prefer the second choice in the early season because the park is still "alive" but the lines aren't to long. How do you like your parks?

Geeeeez, looks like I respond to all of your topics.

IMO, theres nothing better than CP in september, you can easily hit every coaster numerous times.

Hmmmm, Good question. In general I like the beginning of the Season/End of the Season when everyone is in school or doing whatever causing some Parks to be pretty much empty. During the "on Season" I like going for evening visits.

Over all I guess I would pick late September and October as my favorite (Minus the school part, Ugh.) Especially when Parks have Halloween events. However it is sad knowing the Season will be ending soon... :(

You can get VERY bored at a park like Knotts when there are literally more sweepers than guests. You can do everything multiple times in 3 hours and then you're bored as hell.
How can you not love Paramount's Great America in May right after the opening and nice California weather. Ahh, the best park in California (except for SFMM). I am so happy I live 1 1/2 hours from this park!

Lake Compounce in late Spring at night. You got to love the openess and walk ons for everything. Most of the time there is about a dozen(mabye two dozen) people in the park total at this time.

Kennywood in mid-Summer at night - it's a little crowded, but Kennywood "crowded" is like half of any other park. The people just sort of milling around, the clicks of the woodies, the rush of the Phantom, the screams and giggles from other rides. Combine that with the lights everywhere in the park - thats the best.
CP in October....The place is almost empty all day...but then at night the place gets packed.

I like my parks cooked overeasy with four pieces of bacon, not too crispy, not too chewy. :)

SERIOUSLY, Monday in the summer, everythings running 2 or 3 trains, not too crowded, not too dead.

Why do they report power outages on TV?

BGT in mid-Jan runs Kumba and Montu with two trains, even when there are only 2 or 3 rows filled on each.

One time I went in early Feb and even Scorpion and Python had on two trains, evn though there areas were almost empty.
