How would you change your homepark if you could?

I thought this would be an interesting topic it came to mind in the latest discussion about Great America.
I would add more theming to SFGAm. one of the reasons is because not everyone rides the coasters. my mom came with me to parks when I was visiting colleges and she just waited in line with me. we both aggreed that IOA and BGT were the best parks. though I suppose its a trade off: more theming, less rides.
Pirate Ride?? It's GONE?? oh well, that ride scared the crap out of me, anyway.(more so than millenium force!) But as far as changing anything, I'd leave it the way it is! My park is perfect!

At Valleyfair, I would shrink Wild Thing's third hill, smoothify Excalibur and Corkscrew, add a few more coasters, get rid of the picture person at the entrance, and replace Mad Mouse with Rails. Can't think of many non ride things...

I too miss the Pirate Ride, and the Earthquake ride. Granted, I spend most of my time on the coasters, but CP needs to get their butt back in gear with rides for the non-coaster freak.
There used to be the Pirate Ride, the Earthquake ride, the Western Cruise, etc. Now those are either gone or not what they used to be.
But, if we have to sacrifice the Western Cruise for Iron Dragon, Mantis, and MF, I'll pick the coasters!

Keep the old King Kobra @ PKD, but modify Anaconda so they could both be in the same spot.

For PKI, I would bring back the tumblebug, and put in a ferris wheel I would also add some more theming. I would take out the edge climbing wall and put a flat ride there and where Flight commander used to be at. Oh, and I would add a B&M to PKI. If those changes were made, PKI would be truly awesome!

My home park is Waldameer Park in Erie, Pennsylvania. What I would like to see done to it first of all is repaint the flat rides and the sky ride (they're all in desperate need of painting!!). Then in the near future it would be cool to add the rollercoaster they've been planning to build for years now. I would also like them to add an Intamin gyro-drop. The view of the Presque Isle, the bay, and the city of Erie would be spectacular, plus you would be able to see Canada! They would get visiters for that alone because there is nothing like that around (the closest drop ride is either Kennywood's Pitt Fall or Cedar Point's Power Tower).
I would also like to see them add the wave pool to their water park (also been rumored to appear for years now. I understand though that since this is a family-owned park this would have to be spread out to about 10+ years...What a bummer!:(
Oh well, I fair pretty well: I live in the center of Cedar Point/SFWoA, SFDL, and Kennywood.

SFA. I would add a Huss Frisbee, Huss Jump, and Vekoma Madhouse so I don't have to travel to Great Adventure to ride theirs! I would also grab a paintbrush and paint everything that is peeling apart.
My home park is Knotts, the first thing i would do is add two great coasters. Next i would change that stupid Board walk theming back to Roaring twenties. I would fire whoever took out Soap Box Racers for Windjammer. Bring that ride back. And expand the Wild WAter wilderness themed zone. Only one ride for an entire area is pretty lame. And the ONLY other things there are Mystery Lodge, The bird house, and a hamburger stand.
I have three home parks now.

I love BoulderDash and the pleasantness of the park, which will only keep getting better under Kennywood's management. (40 minutes from home)
Six Flags New England
Love S:ROS and the overall changes since becoming Six Flags. Would like to see a CCI woodie similar to Shivering Timbers. (1-1/2 hours from home)

Nitro & Medusa are great. During my first visit this season, I liked some of the changes to the park in the food services. Not happy about the lack of line supervision, especially on Nitro, too many people cutting into the line because they don't know any better, and no park personel to stop them. Need better queue lines, with a few well placed personel to monitor the rude people. Would like to see a CCI woodie similar to Shivering Timbers. My home park Six Flags Over Texas would be much more Xtreme if they added a 4th Deminsion, B & M Launched multi Looper,and an S & S Power Tower of 320ft or so ! That is how I would change my hometown Park !!
