I can be as patient as 2 1/2 to 3 hours to wait for a great coaster. But for OK ones, I will wait up to 30 minutes.
How long do you usually wait, and please be honet?!

I always am looking for the shortest line, you won't belive how many times I go around the park passing up rides because the lines are huge. I don't mind the 21/2 hour waits as long as the lines moving, I hate being just stopped there and move every 5 minutes.

Don't Fight it, Ride it, RAGING BULL!
My Top 5 Coasters:
1. Raging Bull 2.Millenium Force
3. V2 (SFGAm)
4. Viper (SFGAm)
5. Cornball Express /Raptor
for rides i have ridden many times 1.5 hours max but somthing like X ,dejavu, millenium force or v2 i would wait as long as it takes
I always go early to get short lines in the morning, relax in the afternoon, and then go back at night to get the shortest lines. I hate waiting in line, especially in the heat.
I HATE waiting in line! Especially in the heat. Call me a wimp but I have only waited over an hour for 1 coaster and that was Millenium Force. I try to time my park visits during off times to avoid lines, ride early/late, buy Fastlane, etc--ANYTHING to make my waits shorter! :)
The longest I have ever waited was on mf. It was like an hour to get the tickets and another 3 hours to ride. Talking about a long wait.

chill factor
For a ride I have never ridden, esp. at a distant park, however long it takes. Record - 2 1/2 hours for Face-Off at PKI. For rides I have been on, generally 45-60 minutes for a really good ride. MF waits at about an hour maxed me out (but how often am I at CP, anyway). I am a weekday person, though, and try not to go on weekends if I can help it...

I am pretty patient, I waited like almost 2 1/2 hrs. for Runaway Mtn.(SFOT) when it opened! The only time I hate waiting is when there are a bunch of stupid giggly brats in front or behind us! I was waiting for Titan back in July- it was only like 45 min wait and we had some stupid teenage girls behind us being loud, they kept bumping in to me!!:(, they could have been imbedded in my a** if they were any closer, they finally got yelled at by an employee and got moved farther back:):)!!That mad me happy!:) The rest of the wait was fine!!

However long it takes to get to the ride. But like Coasterdude316 said, as long as the line is MOVING I don't care how long the wait is. I hate it when my friends whine over a 20 minute line, saying that it is way too long. It pisses me off, but that's the way some people are.

I don't mind waiting in long lines (ex.2-3 hours). As long as the line is moving consistently I'm fine.
as long as the line moves, I'm having a good time, or there's something to look at (ride, theming, girls) then I don't care how long the line is. I have skipped very few rides due to long lines.

Jay and Silent Bob have left the building ~Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back
Despite that I have been going out to Cedar Point for the past five seasons lines dont realy bother me any more. My first longest wait ever for a coaster was Millennium Force 3 hours 50 minutes so I'm use to waiting in line and I'm also patient with lines as long as they move at a good clip.

Currents:
(1)Millennium Force(2)Raptor(3)Shivering Timbers(4)V2 Vertical Velocity(5)Batman Knight Flight
The longest I waited was an hour and a half for flight of fear in PKD in 98. I waited on;y half an hour for front row of apollo in 99 'cause we got it early.

All at once the ghosts come back reeling you in now.
Frizbee1975, Why wouldn't you want girls to bump into you? I'd love for that to happen to me. Anyways, I'll wait in any size line, the longest that I remember was SOB last year with a 2hr wait because it had one train operation.
RagingBull2001: I was going to say the same thing. IN line for Goliath these girls about my age kept bumping into me, but you didn't see me complaining. I turned around and my cousin and I had a good conversation with them while we were in line. Sure, Im probably never going to see them again, but oh well.
As for long lines, the longest line that I have waited in was for Riddler's Revenge, and it was well worth it. SFMM has done at least one thing right, and thjat is adding the misters in the queue line. That is the best Idea I have ever seen, especially since it gets so hot there. Anyway, IMO, a long line does not bother me iof the ride is worth it, and you at least have someone to talk to while you're waiting. the time flies by if you can talk to someone.
I hate waiting in lines. I'll wait as long as it takes only if it's moving OR If there is scenery to keep me busy while in line. Like Disney rides such as Space mountain, Splash Mountain, Indiana Jones, and Roger rabbit

We are the few, The proud, We are the ride Engineers!!!!!
As Ralph wiggam once said, "everybodys hugging"
ill wait as long as its worth it for the ride
the only thing i HATE is when rides break down in line
I will only wait in a long line if its a brand new ride at my homepark(SFGAm). I have done the 4 hour "You have to be patient" type line waits for Shockwave when it debuted and also Batman:TR. Other then that, if its not under an hour wait I wont even bother.
Chitown, who refuses to hit major amusement parks on weekends unless it is the only option.

"The Peoples Elbow" or "The Spinaroonie?. Cant decide which is the most electrifying move in sports entertainment!!! LOL
I'll wait in any line, I don't really care how long it is.
