How much will the new phantom cost to build and how much did the old one cost to build.
I have no idea how much tne new phantom is going to cost, kennywood didnt release any of that info yet. I do remember that the Steel Phantom cost 4.5 million dollars to build in 1991.

I believe it doesn't. The $4.5 million figure was tossed around back in '90, as I recall.
how could a terrain hyper cost 4.5 million? my guess is at least 7 for steel phantom. i am guessing 3 million for the re-do, but im not sure how much work they are doing.
