How Much Longer Until B&M takes on the 4D?

X-Flight IS the smoothest coaster ever. It is NOT rough at all. The only time it is rough if you keep your head on the headrest and your head will feel the vibrations. But even that isnt rough. X-Flight is very smooth, Like GLASS...

I don'r understand how anyone can prefer Vekoma over B&M! There is just no question who produces the most enojable rides. Would you rather ride a Boomerang, Corkscrew and SLC, or a Mega-Looper, Speed Coaster and Inverted.
Whilst B&M's coasters are cutting new ground all the time, Vekoma is still playing around with their Boomerang design.
Seeing the brilliant trains for AIR in the latest First Drop, you will have to agree that B&M's deisgn will be more fun, because there really is no point in taking riders up the lift hill on their backs when a greater feeling of flight can be achieved by taking them up below the track as on B&M's design. If this is a launched hill, and it is thought to be, then the feeling of flight will be amazing...
Vekoma will always be the company who produce the second-best line of products, that populate parks in an effort to keep guests entertained after they have ridden the best coasters by B&M, Chance-Morgan, Giovanola and now, Arrow.

Also, have you ever experienced the drop on Oblivion?? It is amazing. As a coaster it isnt much, but NEVER EVER think it feels like a freefall, because it doesn't - It is much more powerful, like you are being thrown down face-first.
I don't know why the British complain about their parks, because we really have a wonderful park in Alton Towers, which beats all of the Six Flags parks for themeing and scenery, and beats Disney parks easily for scenery and rides. However, Islands of Adventure is a different story, that is the kind of park Britain will never have it's way to imaginative. People seem to want higher coasters with more inversions, but they forget that Nemesis is unique, built in trenches. The Big One is built 20ft from the violent North Sea. Oblivion provides the biggest raw thrill of any ride I have every been on, and AIR will be amazing when you see what Tussaud's Studios do with its scenery.
So its quality over quantity, something which Six Flags and maybe even Cedar Point will never understand fully, (However Cedar Point seems to get away with Quality and Quantity).

saviourmachine, I'm pretty sure Arrow has a patent on the train design, and possibly on the track design. If this is true, then even if another manufacturer wants to take on 4D, they will have to find some other way to accomplish the movement.

Have they even made trains for AIR yet? And if so, how come the ECC website doesnt mention anything about AIR being in the latest issue of First Drop?

Welcome to Six Flags Great America, home of the fastlane and delay-ja vu! We have now officially been deemed the world-wide wait!
This sounds dumb, but,,,Is AIR B&M's flying coaster, and where can I get more information on their flying coaster?
What about the rumors about the B&M "Heartline" coaster that was rumored to go to SFGADV in 1999, but they got the floorless because it wasn't ready. I am wondering if there is a "Heartline" coaster in the works. If so when will we see this design.

i think thats arrows deal, i dont think it would be fair if B&M stole arrows idea unless arrow sold it to them....

Mikey, Alton Towers is getting a B&M flying coaster in 2002. At least that's what I heard...

"Welcome back Raptor riders. How was your flight?"
The trains are designed, and B&M have a prototype, as in issue #55 of First Drop which I recieived a few days ago, John Wardley says that he went to Switzerland and rode it. He said it was very comfortable and easy to get into.
