Shaggy, how bout you, do you know the actual amount of space they have left. I'm pretty sure it's 2/3.

They have about 350 acres on the park site itself about 100 of which is parking lot (A big parking garage on the south end would free up tons of land here) The park is about 90 Acres used (Including Beast and SOB compounds) There is a huge area behind SOB that is about 80 Acers of usable land but Im not so sure how reachable it is. Another interesting note is that the park owns the property behind Beast and Rivertown all the way over to the subdivision.
Goto the top of the tower and just look, The subdivision to the east is that border Technically them electric lines over waterworks is the south boarder and the practice field for Kings Middle School is the north boarder with the NE boarder being the Great Miami. The western boarder of course is KI drive.
It is possible for them to develop about another 100 acres but they do have room to build within its already superior to most parks infastructure. I would like to see them move all the pay extras to the area of the old Wild Animal Safari maintence area.

I love the contrasts of Cedar Point and Kings Island...CP is totally out in the open, bordered in one of the biggest fresh water lakes in the world, Kings Island is nearly completely hidden within the hills and forests of southern Ohio. CP has more steel coasters than anywhere else, and Kings Island has one of the biggest collections of wooden coasters anywhere. And obviously by their coasters and attendence numbers, they have both found their niches. It just took CP about a 100 more years of development though. :)

Sept. 11th 2001, Slayer released God Hates Us All. The song "Disciple" uncannily describes the events of that day, as well as the anthrax letters that followed.

If I recall correctly Taft bought about 2700 acres when they first moved the park.
Honestly, though. Lots of numbers being batted around. The consensus is they have _plenty_. Does the exact number matter?
