Pretty much what the Federal minimum wage is. The labor situation is such that some parks are offering pay scales higher than what has been the norm. Others are bringing in students from Eastern Europe. One of the seminars I attended at the AIMS (Amusement Industry Manufactuers and Suppliers) conference in Houston a couple of weeks ago delt with this. Several of the Six Flags parks as well as some carnivals are doing this. From the talk there the parks seemed to have a fair success rate with these students.
