If its ran like SUE, then It will have probley 3 inversions int he front of the train, and 2 in the middle, and 1 in the back. But I guess we wait and see :)

Yes, but it's a side to side twist; you're not actually inverted in relation to the ground. I say there's 0 inversions.
EDIT: New spike? If you mean the V2 at SFMW... Then it has inversions.

JoNoJ27 - sorry, you're wrong. As the train passes over the top of the roll, riders will most certainly be inverted in relation to the ground. This inversion is not much different than a B&M zero-G roll.
To answer the original question: there is ONE inversion element on the new V2, but riders will invert 6 times.
