How many flying coasters are out there? What is the original one? Who made it?

There are three. Stealth at Paramount's Great America is the original designed by Vekoma.

The new B&M flying coaster will apparently be named "AIR," after the name the company gives the design.

There is "Birdmen" at Fujikyu-Highlands, in Japan.
Also there used to be a flying coaster at Granada Studios (is that the name of the park? It's in Europe). It was called Skytrack, I believe, and it was before Stealth. However, it had problems and shut down. It was documented in First Drop magazine.
