There are three. Stealth at Paramount's Great America is the original designed by Vekoma. *** This post was edited by Coaster File on 7/12/2001. ***
Stealth -- Original Vekoma
X-Flight & Batwing -- Vekoma
And the new B&M being constructed at Alton Towers.
The new B&M flying coaster will apparently be named "AIR," after the name the company gives the design.

There is also one at the Pinafari factory in Italy that is in testing.

There is "Birdmen" at Fujikyu-Highlands, in Japan.

Also there used to be a flying coaster at Granada Studios (is that the name of the park? It's in Europe). It was called Skytrack, I believe, and it was before Stealth. However, it had problems and shut down. It was documented in First Drop magazine.
