You could easily see the park in half a day or less. The cyclone is pretty mild and if the park is not crowded it may only take a few hours.

Shivering Timbers: "Simply the standard by which Air Time is measured"
The Ole Williams Grove Cyclone :) It's wicked alright. Wickedly maintained. It has got to be one of the scariest looking coasters I've ever seen. Not Crystal Beach Cyclone scary but "wonder if I'll make it back to the station alive scary."
Enough of my bashing it, it's actually a fun ride. Don't expect a top ten woodie. It only stands around 50 ot 60 feet tall and the outrun is directly above the backrun. Look out for one of the final hills if you ride in the very back. ;) It's also an ACE classic. It's also the last remaining Arron Vettel (not sure of the spelling) designs.
The three times I went to Williams Grove there were no crowds. You may need to wait to ride the Cyclone until you get a half train (6 people). While your there check ont the Fun House (back by the Tilt A Whirl) maybe they will have the barrel working. The Twister is worth a few rides too (the ride ops like to try to make people sick sice they control the throttle) :) There Moster is actually pretty good too.
Don't forget about there Wildcat. When you walk across the bridge it's to the right of the waterslides. It's back there near the one house you can't really see it from the rest of the park unless you know where to look (at least when I was there last).
Williams Grove is a neat little park a little rough around the edges but well worth a few hour visit.
