How long did it take you to build Screamin' Serpen

Im not very "K'NEX savy" and I got two Screamin' Serpents for Christmas and I was just wondering how long it would take to build the standard one with just the drop, loop and curve.

Of course I've been building K'NEX for some time now and I have built many many models. So, I guess you have to look at how much experience you have with K'NEX. If this is one of your first models it should take you a little longer.

It was my first K'nex model and I'd say it tok me about 5 or 6 hours total.  The instructions are very good you shouldn't have any trouble
Yeah, the instructions are excellent.  I would say it took me about 8 hours of easy, slow paced work.  Note, i've never done KNEX stuff before.

Father Lucifer, you never looked so sane. You did always did prefer the drizzle to the rain
It took me about 6-7 hours over 2 days to build it. It was my first time building Knex too. The Instructions are well written, but if you have 2 sets you may want to consider a custom layout. It wouldn't be that hard to do.

It took me six hours, but I was taking photos as I went and drinking beer, so your mileage may vary.

You shouldnt drink beer, its bad for your liver...replace beer with water or soda and you will live a longer and better life :)

It took me three days with an average of 2 hrs. of work per day. So I guess that adds up to about 6 hrs.
Well, it took me roughly 8-10 hours including pre-building, which I highly recommend.  Before you even start, organize all of your pieces, because you save an immeasurable amount of time when you don't have to dig around to find one of the tiny black connectors...etc.,etc...  But good luck!

Does anyone know how long it takes to build the Junior model?  Also has anyone built the Junior model and then made it into the large model?  About how long would that take?  Thanks in advance.
