How Easy is it to Catch onto?

I was thinking about buying either No Limits or Hyper Rails. Which one should I buy thinking of quality? No Limits caught my eye more then Hyper Rails, but how easy is No Limits to learn. I downloaded the demo and found it VERY difficult. Of coure, if I bought it I would put more time into it. So what do you think?

IMHO, NL is much harder to pick up...I can't tell you how many hours I spent trying to build a decent coaster before giving up.

Conbersely, I was able to build my first coaster in HR virtually as soon as it was installed on my computer.

The (sad?) thing is, HR wins in ease of designing, but NL wins HANDS DOWN in graphical goodness....

I agree it is a little harder to pick up and build a coaster in NL. But NL also is better kept up. The staff is always around. Kevin(Phyter) checks these boards on what seems a fairly often basis. And also they have had numerous free updates. Where HR has had one patch. I have both of them and I don't even play HR anymore.

Ok, I think I'm going to buy No Limits. So whats the best way to buy it. I dont have a credit card myself, but I could use somebody's who I know. Would sending a check by mail get me the game just as fast? It does come by e-mail right?

It took about a week for me to get it by check. I live in IL. Credit Card is instantaneous (supposedly) I don't have access to a Credit Card.

You get an e-mail with a DL link, but I suggest that after you order it you spend the time downloading V1.3 while you are waiting for it. I believe the total for both files is around 23MB.

Be sure to make a copy of it on a CD-R or CD-RW. I made that mistake the first time.....Our computer crashed so I had no more NL so i had to email them saying i had already bought it but my computer was restored, and they gave me a new link but were reluctant to do so.

What i have now is like a CDRW that has a bunch of No Limits files on it so i can delete and add whatever tracks and whatnot...because my computer has crashed since, and that CD comes in handy!

Here's the method in 2 easy steps:

1.) Insert CDR or CDRW into your CD burner
2.) Copy your installiation file(s) and .tra files to CDR or CDRW

One more question, until I get the game anyway, lol. When I get the game, to download the version 1.3 patch will I also need to download the version 1.26 patch? Pleae help if you know!

When I dLed the game after I bought it it was already the V.1.262. I then had to DL 1.3. This was a few weeks ago.

I just recieved mine yesterday. It took exactly 5 days, which seemed very quick to me. However, I get the game, just to find it VERY difficult, lol. I am trying very hard to figure this game out!
