How does one "FLY"? - CoasterBuzz

I am hitting all the keys listed w,a,s,d, and the arrow keys but I cannot get the "Flying view"....I'm stuck in the train.

How do I get "out"?

Press E for the External view. Pressing Q will put you back in the train.
